What guarantees are offered?

We offer a 12-month warranty for the website, including bug fixes and technical issues.
Beyond this period, except in cases where we are responsible for website management and maintenance, we cannot assume responsibility for technical problems, including but not limited to, because we do not know whether or not software updates have been made and, if they have, whether there have been situations of incompatibility between the various systems that make up the platform, or whether anomalies have occurred due to security vulnerabilities.
